VIRSIG CEO JOINS NAVY SEAL FOUNDATION IN RINGING THE NASDAQ CLOSING BELL

(NEW YORK, NY) – VIRSIG, LLC., a global security technology firm based in New York City, announced that Brian Valenza, their CEO, took part in the ringing of the Nasdaq Closing Bell today at the Nasdaq MarketSite in New York City to commemorate the Navy SEAL Foundation, an organization that provides immediate and ongoing support and assistance to the Naval Special Warfare Community and its families.

Mr. Valenza, a former US Navy SEAL officer and founder of VIRSIG—a service-disabled veteran-owned business, is an active supporter of the Navy SEAL Foundation, and supports its mission which includes delivering comprehensive, world-class programs that specifically address the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) community's unique needs. Mr. Valenza serves as an Ambassador of the Navy SEAL Foundation, and was on the Host Committee for the annual NSF Benefit. In honor of the occasion, Robin King, CEO & Scott Burke, CFO, rang the Closing Bell, surrounded by former members of the NSW community and their families.
