Our Survey: In 2021 the company commissioned the VIRSIG Workforce Diversity Survey, a voluntary survey available for all employees to participate in.

Our Training: All employees go through a mandatory diversity training program certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), a U.S. based, not-for-profit and professional organization focusing on the development of standards, research, education and accreditation within the business world.

Our Leadership: Executive leadership is committed to diversity and has named a Diversity Officer for the company to oversee all of the above..
