VIRSIG, LLC. announces that it is now registered with the U.S. State Department’s program on International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). ITAR is a set of United States government regulations that control the export and import of defense-related articles and services on the national munitions list. This certification enables VIRSIG to take on projects that are marked to be under ITAR control, and to ensure these projects meet government standards for ensuring commercial exports of defense articles and defense services are consistent with U.S. national security and foreign policy objectives.
VIRSIG employees are aware of the importance of U.S. export controls and VIRSIG’s responsibility and commitment to comply with these controls. Under no circumstances will exports or re-exports be made contrary to U.S. export control regulations. Further, VIRSIG is committed to compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the countries we operate in, and those into which we ship our products.
