Maria Martino

Service Manager

Maria is VIRSIG's Service Manager. She focuses on all of VIRSIG's service-related activities for both national and international clients. She is based in VIRSIG's Southeast Regional offices in Florida, where she started in 2019 as the company's Operations Coordinator, then in 2021 was promoted to Service Manager.

Maria has over 20 years’ experience in the Service industry. She started in the Car Dealership business from Customer Service Representative and worked her way to Service Advisor. Prior to starting with VIRSIG, she was a Service Dispatcher overseeing 15 to 20 technicians nationally and handled customer service for multiple national retail companies.


Maria takes pride in understanding a clients’ needs and expectations.  She combines experience and the ability to develop strong client relationships. She believes an entire company has an important part to play for clients having a positive experience. From the initial call to the completion of the follow up call.  

Maria, originally from Dix Hills NY, now resides in South Florida.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and taking long rides to discover small towns to explore.
